Who we are

Anderson is the software at tryanderson.com. It answers the phone, chats on a website, and books a calendar for a local business. Anderson is not the shop, clinic, agency, or practice. The business that signs up is the one the caller is trying to reach.

What we collect

From you, the business: name, owner email, phone, city, industry, hours, website text, FAQs, greeting, and the plan you pick. That includes the trial form.

From callers and chat visitors: name, callback number, email if they give one, the issue they describe, and booking details. We also keep a transcript of the conversation so you can read it in the portal.

What the call audio is

Inbound calls, browser demo calls, and website chat are processed by a speech and language model so the receptionist can talk and write. Audio and transcripts are used to run the receptionist and to show you the conversation. We do not sell recordings. We do not use your calls or chats to train a public model.

Who hears it

You can hear and read conversations for your business in the portal. Anderson operators may listen to set up the line, fix a problem, or review quality. Speech is processed by xAI. Mail goes through our mail provider. We do not send recordings to your customers except as the live call itself.

How long we keep it

We keep account data, transcripts, and recordings while the account is open, and for a short period after cancellation so we can finish billing or a dispute. Email [email protected] to delete a recording or close the account. Closing the account removes that business’s leads, appointments, and stored audio from our server.

The trial form and cards

Business name, email, phone, city, industry, and plan are used to set up the trial and to contact you. When checkout is on, it sends you to Anderson's Stripe account to put a card on file. Stripe processes the card. We keep a Stripe customer id, not the full card number. We email you at the address you give.
